Humble beginnings
David Dayo, born OromiDayo Sunday David, grew up in Lagos State in a family where faith was not a performance but a way of living. Long before the stages and the awards, there was simply a boy who loved to sing to God.
A calling, not a career
That love became a calling. It led to the founding of the Africa Unite Initiatives, a vision to gather worshippers across the continent and beyond, and to make room for a generation that wants to praise God without apology.
Recognised across the world
The ministry has been honoured on international stages, a humbling confirmation that a sound born in Lagos was always meant to travel.

Solada Records & the NEW EP
Today David serves as CEO of Solada Records, building a home for gospel music with excellence and intention. His latest project, the NEW EP, takes its name from Isaiah 43:19 and carries the heart of everything he does: that God is always doing a new thing, and it is always worth singing about.
